If you have a cat, or wish to be added to the official cat distribution system, then Catnip is an essential perennial for your garden. Catnip is perennial herb that dies back in the winter but sprouts back from the roots in the spring. Can be dried for human consumption too to make a hot tea to help you sleep. Also can be used as a gorgeous landscaping bush with delicate flowers. Bush gets larger every year; with great care can get up to 5 feet tall.

Seeds are open-pollinated, so there is a very small chance of cross-hybrid variety with other plants we grow here at Tomorrow's Gardens. Parent plants are grown and seeds are harvested on our farm in Mint Hill, North Carolina (Zone 8a). All plants are grown with organic practices.
