Cilantro is an absolute must-have herb in these neck of the woods. Just remember though - cilantro LOVES the cool weather. Cilantro grows best in late fall through early spring with only light cover needed with frost. Harvest modestly throughout the winter months and you will have cilantro throughout the season. Once that warm weather hits, cilantro bolts into coriander seeds - a double whammy for seasoning in the kitchen!

About Tomorrow's Garden Seeds

Seeds are open-pollinated, so there is a very small chance of cross-hybrid variety with other plants we grow here at Tomorrow's Gardens. Parent plants are grown and seeds are harvested on our farm in Mint Hill, North Carolina (Zone 8a). All plants are grown with organic practices.
