Copenhagen Market Cabbage has tight heads about 4 to 5 inches in diameter and amazingly delicious outer leaves that can be treated like collard greens. It's a two-in-one in a small package! About Tomorrow's Garden Seeds
Seeds are open-pollinated, so there is a very small chance of cross-hybrid variety with other plants we grow here at Tomorrow's Gardens. Parent plants are grown and seeds are harvested on our farm in Mint Hill, North Carolina (Zone 8a). All plants are grown with organic practices.
