The quintessential hot pepper. Not overbearingly hot, but not mild whatsoever, the cayenne pepper is a must for anyone who cooks with heat. This variety is great fresh or dried, and is one of the longest cayenne's out there.

Seeds are open-pollinated, so there is a very small chance of cross-hybrid variety with other plants we grow here at Tomorrow's Gardens. Parent plants are grown and seeds are harvested on our farm in Mint Hill, North Carolina (Zone 8a). All plants are grown with organic practices.
