If you're looking for a tomato for salsas, but have difficulty growing tomatoes... have you tried tomatillos? These green tomatillos are super easy to grow, prolific, amazing for pollinators, and make an extra tasty salsa or marinade for Latin American dishes. The only key is you need more than one plant so they can cross-pollinate and produce. After that, they pretty much take care of themselves!
