Harvest at peak redness and then hand to dry completely before making a sauce and you will have a winning sauce on your hands for tostadas, tacos, and more.

Seeds are open-pollinated, so there is a very small chance of cross-hybrid variety with other plants we grow here at Tomorrow's Gardens. Parent plants are grown and seeds are harvested on our farm in Mint Hill, North Carolina (Zone 8a). All plants are grown with organic practices.
