The Hawk's Claw - otherwise known as Takanotsume - Hot Pepper is an amazing dwarf heirloom variety. It fits a lot of heat into such a small pepper, and a small plant! Perfect for the container garden or for fitting as much as possible for the ultimate level of heat for homemade salsas or hot sauce.

Seeds are open-pollinated, so there is a very small chance of cross-hybrid variety with other plants we grow here at Tomorrow's Gardens. Parent plants are grown and seeds are harvested on our farm in Mint Hill, North Carolina (Zone 8a). All plants are grown with organic practices.
