Farmer Ben says that out of all the hardneck and softneck varieties of garlic he has grown since 2021, Inchelium Red Softneck Garlic has been the most reliable and best producer on his farm. He partners with several restaurants in the Charlotte area and they all love the flavor, too! If you're looking for a great storage garlic with the taste of a 5-star restaurant, then here's your sign.
